To establish your NXe Dealer Account, please download the Dealer Application (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader ) or you can call us at (480) 778-8401 and we will fax or e-mail you a copy. Please print, complete, and sign the documents. FAX the completed documents and your State’s retailer’s Resale Certificate/License to: (480) 778-8408. You must include a copy of your Resale Certificate/License before your account can be verified and processed.
